Optimal Health Communications Pty Ltd, publisher of The Journal of Complementary Medicine, respects the information you supply us about you and/or your company or organisation. Optimal Health does not, at this stage, collect information about any person accessing our Internet site.

We do not collect for, or sell or trade your name and details to any third parties. We do not collect your details when you use our Internet site except where expressly and clearly indicated (e.g., a competition).

Although there is no technology in our systems to collect personal details, we may in the future keep anonymous statistics on how many visitors read particular pages, times and dates of visits and time taken to view pages.

Access to your details
In the unlikely event that we are holding details about you (e.g., following a competition), you may ask to see the details we hold about you; however, we do require 24 hours’ notice. You will be required to furnish acceptable identification and may take away a copy of your information without charge during normal office hours, or we can email you. We will not send information to generic email addresses, such as those beginning with ‘admin@’ or ‘contact@’, etc. You must have a personal email address.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (Cth), we are within our rights to refuse to supply information if it is sought in a vexatious manner or is a matter that may be subject to legal jurisdiction or information that is exchanged or collected during the normal activities of business to business transactions.
